Anavex has mentioned several times that they will seek strategic partnerships for worldwide commercialization. This is what they are likely working on presently... as well as the Rett and AD NDAs.

In theory, yes. But Missling would never relinquish control to a partner (assuming there’s even a partner to be had, which I don’t believe there is.) He is too controlling.
