I think if many Members here would spend more energy praying for victory for $ENZC than they do complaining about it, their time would be much better spent.
Am praying very hard all day for $ENZC to reach victory SOON!

Yes. 2020-2021 were audited, but finished too late (very end of 21) to do all that was required for SEC reporting, which meant they’d have to audit 2022 and use 21/22 for the 2yr audit. Gries has been under contract supposedly working on the audit of 22 since early 23, yet we’re approaching December and still nothing. This is why I said repeat of last year.

And all the moves you just mentioned to make it to Nasdaq and advance the companies science are coming at the expense of the early investor shareholders who have been here since 2020 because this is a reverse split in disguise. We wanted to see this uplist organically like we were let to believe all along from what Charles relayed to shareholders. Not some shitty spac deal where our ENZC shares are getting us 1/100 of what they would have had this gone QB then organically to Nasdaq on company progress.
