I remember GF posting something on Twitter (or maybe it was on iHub) that the closer SAGA PPS stays around $10, the better off we ENZC'ers will be when this SPAC Deal takes place. It has to do with the ratio of Shares being given to us. To me, it was rather complicated, but that was the gist of what I got out of what he said.
