#718852 RE: xoom #718851

"all common and preferred shares were CANCELLED AND EXTINGUISHED AND ALL RIGHTS UNDER THE PROSPECTUS ARE NULL AND VOID".....there goes any connection to former assets that might have belonged to former WAMU holders, ..........but then WMI goes a step further and abandons 20.7 billion dollars of shareholders retained earnings in return for 6 billion dollars in IRS NOLS under the terms of the GSA settlement, thus ending any and all future recovery for the old shareholders... escrows were then deemed worthless and not transferrable...why?... escrows were intrinsically WORTHLESS, and could not be traded on the exchanges... they were markers to denote the number of share you held in old WAMU stock that was traded as WAMUQ....the newly issued stock had a nominal value of 1 dollar, representing the issued 200 million shares, however, they could not be traded on any exchange because WMIH emerged without a corporate structure and entity.... it was only when they acquired NationStar that the stock was sanctioned to be traded...read the documents again....there is no more recovery, other than what you received by signing the release document...
