I wish you the best, Gary. I've heard that getting old is not for the faint of heart. At 75, I"m right behind you. I'm a 2 time cancer survivor. If it comes for me again, at least I'll have some science to fight back with.

Good luck with the shot Gary. If it isn't effective, it's good to know you're comfortable with the surgeon. I can relate, having dealt for years with lumbar issues (L4-L5 flattened disc and a L2-L3) stenosis. The price we pay for getting to this point in life, I guess. I've tried non-invasive treatments (epidural, ablation), but they're only effective for a few months at a best. Fortunately, while nagging, nothing I can't deal with for now.
