I was playing with Expert Market tickers a couple of years ago just to see how Custodian Plays worked out and it was easy to sell them through TDA.

Even if your Expert Market tickers are scams and there are no buyers, you can dump them with your US Broker to take the loss.

So it is absolutely true that they are easy to sell. If you are UNWILLING to sell them for the current price, that's a different story.
