I think that in itself suggests that FINRA is prepared to accept the application for name change. Apparently, and after a long time, Georgie was able to get some feedback from FINRA as to what was needed to move forward with the application. Thus, he withdrew the appeal at the SEC, and re-applied for the name change to FINRA.

Otherwise, it would be pointless to withdraw the appeal and re-file with FINRA. Georgie would have given up at that point.

So, everything points to this moving ahead.

All I can think of is the "deal" that George said he struck with the SEC when he withdrew the appeal of former management.

Soooooo .... that's not really an answer to my question. Is it your position here that FINRA will not be approving the changes? Simple question really.
