This sounds like the same setup Nasrat described to us in August.

The good news is that we are at the end of the year and everyone wants more quota and they have to join us on this system. I suspect this transition has been in progress for sometime and it is just being made public. Another great thing about this new system is that it is only getting started after Kirkov has been out pounding the streets with Elite's high quality product and reliable delivery. Elite has been working within the system for awhile so they have a routine. Other drug companies have to make more staff available to handle the increased workload and they have to keep up the communication to keep the quota flowing. If they flub it up, more for us!

We have conversations with the DEA, not the FDA with the DEA regularly, because they do give us quota, but they do give us quota hand to mouth. We do have current quota that they just approved, but it's only for a couple of months, and we go back immediately and submit and show them all the sales and show them all the contracts and ask that we get more quota in order to give us some time to order the API bring it in, the process it, test it, make the finished product and so on.
