It's an ENTIRE new letter - November 1, 2023 - with FOUR BRAND NEW rules.

Did you NOT read the letter and the FOUR BRAND NEW rules?????????????????

The August letter was a JOKE. All talk NO ACTION.

Do you NOT know the phuckin' definition of "change"?
