The process HAS TO BE COMPLETED as has been said by several here for some time now

This will also allow for the beneficial use of the NOL's and as well to apply for a NEW IRS ruling for the real TOTAL value of those NOLS to be determined......MY WAG is we end up somewhere close to 11-15 bill in total

Example one has to remember that we had 6.5 bill in APPROVED NOLS but did that take into consideration the cost of 1 bill dollars in legal fees paid out during the course of the BK case and are there any others thing to be considered
