GIVING LIFE TO A DEAD TURD. In the OTC, when CEOs do not file, or do not pay and the stock goes into the abyss....the ONLY option is for them to be saved by a custodian. Is that always a GOOD THING?? NO. But its literally the ONLY thing left to do....
