A hijacked shell according to Brenda Hamilton is when someone trying to gain control of a shell by subterfuge such as Sharp did when he lied in court that Calasse didn't exist and he needed the hearing to be expedited because of a pending merger which wasn't true. That is by definition of a hijacked shell.

Keep in mind the GOFF has been hijacked 3 times.

It isn't my problem that you don't understand corporate identity theft.

You have posted so many lies about Calasse being charged with securities fraud - that his lawsuit was going to be be dismissed and Calasse was going to be kicked to the curb. Just the opposite occurred.

The SEC didn't charge Calasse with any kind of fraud. And in the Sharp Form 10 filing the SEC slapped Sharp around and made him amend the Form 10 and remove the Calasse stock from the Treasury and made Sharp mark the Calasse stock as Issued and Outstanding.

There goes all of your personal attacks against Calasse and proves Sharp is a serial scammer.

The SEC has stated very clearly that Calasse legally owns the stock that Sharp tried to steal.
