".... no Cease-Trade-Order..."

Thank you for your response (I come from Germany and have noticed this with many stocks at IB-bank)

and really understood it " - No Cease Trade Order - "...... don't I have that?

Why some stocks are no longer tradable - like GVSI for example -? Or are they provided with a trade notice?

Can you explain to me, perhaps in two or three sentences, what criteria the SEC uses ?

What criteria these stocks use later no longer be made tradable?

I just can't understand it? What's that about? What is that? And why did they do that?), why do they do that? " Above all, what's the point? "

I simply didn't understand why many shares at IB Bank are no longer tradable and I find that very annoying and makes me angry.

I would very much like to trade like before, but I suspect that will never be possible again.

I would be very grateful if you could explain this to me so that I can do so in the future understand and my anger is somewhat reduced.

I would be very grateful to you. ( For a quick lesson and explanation in "simple words" because I'm not very smart and I have a hard time understanding some laws in America)
THANK YOU

could also be that $FORW will soon become GS's biggest runner , if this "No Cease-Trade-Order." exists on all GS stocks; except for $FORW !,

then it would mean that everyone can buy $FORW =

so there is more interest = more buyers =

more traders =

a bigger increase and a bigger interest could arise here, because after all everyone likes to have GS shares in their portfolio want,

BUT very few can buy $GVSI and $FORW can buy everyone = so many will say: "$FORW could also go up like $GVSI, but much higher

and perhaps many will say to themselves:" ...... if I can't have shares "GVSI", "SRNW" from GS in my portfolio, then at least buy $FORW, because I can buy $FORW and we could quickly reach old highs at $1.40 a year Land in 2024 (just needs a little spark S-1 or news or merger rumor)

or am I wrong ?

imho
