It goes both ways regardless if it was Biel or KT. Biel Rep still had no business saying anything to some poster about his negative feelings about the product.
I am not discrediting you, but I still can’t believe you that a Biel Rep would disclose his thinking, it goes against ethics and decency. You just don’t discuss the laundry of your company.
That twist makes your "story" even harder to swallow
The BIEL staff has been whittled down to a handful of people. The idea that one of the remaining 'die hard' employees would speak negatively about a BIEL partner, giving a random caller inside info, is absurd.
