How about LP surprises us with the Thanksgiving gift of filing the MAA in the week of the 20th, just a week after the Oral Arguments day?? I think the month of November is jam packed with NWBO news.

I have no doubt that the consultants actually got back this past week.

I know on good authority they should be done with the work on Monday. Likely Tuesday PR of submitting the final elements of the package to the publishers.

Two weeks after that is mid November. I think it is no coincidence good trustworthy Linda Powers said Mid November in that PR. They'll announce that they have submitted to the MHRA and probably the FDA before Thanksgiving definitely.

I know this for a fact, in my opinion.

NWBO was pretty tone deaf to release a highly negative PR on Friday the 13th.

They had to know they were going to badly miss their anticipated time frame for days but chose a date with such bad resonance when it could have been released the day before. Not good PR practice.

Therefore it is reasonable to believe that if Ms. Powers produces good news it will not be released as a gift to coincide with Thanksgiving and if it is released at that time, it will be pure coincidence, without regard to the meaning of the season.

Certainly a pre-Thanksgiving release would help shareholders at family gatherings and who have to dread someone asking “What happened to that cancer stock you used to talk about?”
