I heard the video is circulating but I never watch or look up anything horrific like that. Hopefully the various social media outlets removed them all. The one I saw was almost 40 years ago and it was very bad. The kid was 16 or 17 and never played hockey again but he did survive thanks to the quick action of trainers on the bench. The neck guard debate had resurfaced as expected. I really don't comment on that stuff as I was against facemasks and visors so Im a bit of a nut job that way. I have been wearing a visor now about 5 years after 3 hits to the face in 3 consecutive weeks so I guess I softened up in my old age
omg sounds like it may have been an intentional kick to the neck. Other player was enforcer type. I just had assumed it was a freak accident like the few others I know about. wow I still refuse to look up video. I will let others determine if this was criminal intent.
