I understand your figures are correct....Yes, a big difference, but still leaves us $ENZC Common Shareholders with a lot less than what we would've gotten had ENZC remained its own entity, doing direct partnerships & licensing agreements with BP's or other large investors. The ENZC PPS would've skyrocketed to the moon, with its stellar prize patents. As it stands now, it appears all of them will be sold to SAGA, with no clear path defined for Enzolytics after the Deal closes.

I'd forgotten what the figures were exactly when I saw them back then/ my health has not been the best recently. Thank you.
