Yep. The board has allowed it. Maybe they don’t have much choice. They could shut it down. I’m not sure they have a product that would be any more successful in more “capable” hands.
It certainly is the case that they could have gotten more for the assets they sold had they moved earlier, so there’s that. Probably a lot more.
