That’s why it’s a lose / lose either way. And a good example why you can’t just pull off a spac deal like they’re doing and have it benefit everyone involved. Bc you can’t just magically convert a 4 bil share structure to a 45 mil one and have it benefit shareholders as well as the insiders. Someone has to take a hit and in this case it’s the shareholders as you’d expect. That’s why the ENZC execs will be handed 2.5 mil of SAGA and they’ll likely be able to dump before commons can. And if you think the SAGA share structure is staying at even 45 mil or close to it, good luck.
