If they were giving us 1:1, or even close to it, then of course I’d rather have the SAGA shares on the Nasdaq. Any day of the week. Thats not happening. We’ve explained many times on here how this is technically a reverse split in disguise, so that your SAGA shares you end up with post dividend payout hold far less “weight” than the original, long ENZC shares you are giving up. And yes, you may as well be giving them up, because regardless of how much the pumpers want to argue “but you still have your ENZC shares”, they are going to be worthless. Now, if Charles had sent the entire pipeline EXCEPT Clone 3/7 to SAGA, then this would be a different story to be discussing. As it stands, selling off the whole pipeline for 450 mil is a joke. We can argue about how maybe this was Charles only way to fund trials, advance the products etc. Well, if that’s the case then something is wrong anyway. Bc if these products were what they’ve been touted to be for years now including one being the “cure”, don’t you think someone would have knocked their door down for more than 450 mil?! All you see pumped on this thing on Twitter / x for 3 years now is “enzc has the cures”. Well if that was the case, I don’t think this would have fallen to a last resort being a 450 mil (shares created out of thin air, not cash btw) spac deal.
