That would be something Money! (And been a thought in my mind too) I have thought they announce that and BII along with a launch date while only the "experts" can buy/hold. Wow that would be something.
This could be ST3's way (or he is being advised by whoever) to create some excitement once news is released, and only limited people can buy?(his insiders?) Also a way for him to see who actually believed in him and his vision will be rewarded for holding. Just Speculation...
Those that dont have shares coulr really miss out on a run at cheap prices.
Still just a waiting game. I imagine we see buys ahead of news soon. (If he can still close these deals)

It's interesting that we've really only seen about 20 milly ir so traded in EM. Not much buying, but lots of holding!
