The Yankees need to look no further then the Core 4 to get the team back on track. Add in CC or Cone and maybe Swisher or O'Neil.

Then dump Cashman, Boone and the rest of the baggage.

The Fielding Bible awards are a better measure defensively than the GG's---that said, does it bode well for Volpe to win the AL GG as the other top 5 finalists in the Fielding Bible were NLers :-)
