Wow, let's try and find reasons already for delays in submission for the next deadline. What do we have so far: court case alignment, mfg mfg mfg, vacation, christmas, flu season, always meet 2nd deadline, only a few weeks delay ( and not the 3 plus years since data lock)......any other excuses ....bring it. Going to extend the guiness world record from data lock to actual submission.
