I could only assume three possibilities, if CC's a good guy with product development success at his back, he's having financial problems getting to final trials in Europe and goes into hiding to focus on that and not disturb funding efforts at hand. Ducking the heat so problems don't repeat. Gutless, but very common.
If he's a typical OTC:PINKS Jerk, with a successful product close at hand, he's just pushing everyone off, not concerned with his fabled "protecting the best interests of our shareholders" diatribe anymore and we go hang for a long while.
If he's a jerk and his products are a lot farther off than we've ever been led to believe, and still has this SAGA story spinning off into further and further delays, he and us are all screwed on our investments. It's a frustrating 6 more months until we can be sure too.
