It was a prospectus from naturalshrimp’s POV. They were looking for investors and had at least one Dallas chef spreading the word within the local culinary world.

But helping you try to defend your bruised ego is exhausting. Almost as exhausting as dealing with Losing Grace.

I’m sorry your application of sophisticated analytical tools caused you to miss the forest for the trees…and miss all of those obvious red flags.

PS. An “expert” BS detector would have smelled out SHMP long ago. Another fail.
