Interesting to see DuPont at one of these events, I don't recall seeing them at any of these Industry events before, also take note of the fact that LWLG/Lebby's group has strong historical ties to 3 of these big name companies
1) DuPont - this is the company that originally backed LWLG's technology, multiple high level DuPont folks have been involved with LWLG over the years
2) Corning - there is the Miller connection, and Corning at one point years ago gave over their library of Polymer Chromophores to LWLG
3) Lumentum - which has Oclaro inside is linked to Lebby obviously
So when I see Lebby's group contain all 3 of these companies it makes me wonder if there has been some sort of JV collaboration going on under NDA's between all parties
Novel materials and components that are enabling the data communications of the future are discussed in this session. This session provides views of advancements made by leading component companies enabling new optical engines, interconnects, and more efficient systems and optical networks.
Speakers:
Michael Lebby, Lightwave Logic David F. Dawson-Elli, Corning Marc Stiller, LUMENTUM Jake Joo, DuPont António Teixeira, PICadvanced Shawn Lee, SABIC
Optica Photonic-Enabled Cloud Computing (PECC) Industry Summit At Juniper Networks October 24-25
Dr. Michael Lebby, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lightwave Logic, commented: "I am eager to present how electro-optic polymers can serve as a core enabling technology in the future of cloud computing, and ultimately, become a ubiquitous part of the internet itself. I am particularly thrilled to attend this event alongside representatives from several tier-1 global brands including Google, Meta, Global Foundries, NVIDIA, Cisco, DELL and others. As part of this, I would like to thank Optica for providing the venue for our discussion - they have served as a leading organization in furthering knowledge and development in optics and photonics globally - serving as an invaluable platform for the industry at large. I look forward to providing an update to their large, engaged base of industry attendees."
