What you’ve basically said is that the true value depends on a future outcome and yet the current share price is a problem IF the future outcome is negative. That doesn’t really make sense. The two have no logical connection. If anything, you are unintentionally reinforcing my point, which is that current share price is irrelevant; all that matters is the future outcome.
