Good point, but I think that 900M is set aside for something as they obviously wanted it separate. Maybe that's an incentive for a partner or for RMED or something...
The A/S was raised 900 Million shares not the O/S - and the A/S was raised because the it was maxed out and the O/S is over 3 Billion.

The Float isn't low - why would you think that the shares held at the DTC is 2.7 Billion interesting that anyone thinks that is a low float.
ENZC doesn't have anything of value. The 2 patents that have been around since 2007 and 2011 and no one has tried to Acquire or license them.
There was a third patent but Zhabilov gave it to another company without explanation.

NONE in 2023 and now DeLIst Letter from Nasdaq b. To be involved in a SPAC Merger the entity (ENZC and tangents) have to be SEC Reporting and Financials Audited, Neither are done at this time. c. Clearly these last moves are to provide a CLEAR and SPECIFIC seperation from BGEN (Bioclonetics original group) and VIRO (Harry Z original Team) d. Then what is left if it EVER gets accomplished for ENZC . -- As Far as the FLOAT, I would love to see a new Share Comparison that was updated from the last time a few years ago, but in the long run there SO MANY Shares out there this to move, would need to be like the old days with well over 1,000 trades a day and the VOLUME well over 100 million per day and in the $$ Millions of dollars traded. These days of less than a hundred trades and moving a spread between the Bid and Ask a few clicks , is so MICRO, means nothing other than MM's moving in their lightning quick algorithm trade format making someone some money. -- Until it comes out well past a PR , and info has a SEC Filing supporting it , there is not much to speculate on for the Time Being.
