I see the run up you're mentioning, thought you meant the run of 2021.

I don't see the logic of how the float can be 99% owned and we are at 2 year lows.

BT - Keep in mind that when we're dealing with debt conversions, the majority of the time they have an incentive for a lower pps. For example, it's in their contracts that they can convert at 50% of the lowest closing bid over the trailing 3-5 days (just using 50% for sake of easy math, but many are 50% or higher). Because of this, they work in conjunction with other MM's to drive the pps down in advance of them beginning their conversions. Very illegal, but nothing is ever done about it. Truthfully I believe that this played a role in both Jan 2022 and May 2023 when VIRT+OTCN synced up algos and tag-teamed the pps.

why does every company when dilution takes place and or debt conversions happens it drops , because they have unlimited shares practically at .0001 so if they dump at .01 or even .05 below current share price either the holders keep holding or sell at a lower cost, enough share and they keep dropping the price it will fall.
