Delarge was in trouble bc he was using his following to dump his shares into his pump alerts. When others saw his alerts and rushed in to buy spiking the pps. So there was a pattern to it that he was using to dump shares and they easily saw this looking at this tweets vs trades. That’s illegal obviously.

As long as GF has not sold shares he’s technically doing nothing wrong. Pumping isn’t illegal if you aren’t using it to dump share behind the scenes on your pumps. He’s free to share his opinion as long as he’s not dumping on his pump tweets.

Personally I can’t stand the pumping even more than I cant stand the idiots bashing (I glow, pumper stumper, those types). It is what it is.

When they pump false information, they should be called out on it like the rest.

If SEC ever looks into GF one day, they'll do exactly what they did with Delarge and Zack Morris and all the pumpers, look at their pumping tweets and their trades, if they are selling into their pumping tweets, time for fines and maybe jail

B.I. Good post having similarity to 2021''Q1 back in the day/plus following Twitter.

Actually the requirements of spac deals to meet s.e.c is a different picture than reading / following discord or X with no explanation ever pro / con. to debate there

The required filings as is and bucket list of deficiencies amounts to only shareholder comment period to ask gov about this set of missing data would be
preliminary at gov site
