I could see a crazy scenario where this keeps getting pushed and we begin to hear whispers that the white house is behind us and wants to use Moonshot as a campaign booster so they have held us back from submitting any regulatory applications. If we close out 2023 without an MHRA application, the excuses will become grander.

I don't think the submission will happen in December either. It will ultimately happen in Q1, 2024. This is what I predicted almost 6 odd months ago when Thermo and all the pumpers were forecasting a late spring/early summer submission.

The management has been lying to us all this while. They have been intentionally delaying the submission because of some reason (which none of us know, but my predication has been around combo data). If 3 years post data lock is not enough to be fully prepared for regulatory submissions then I don't know what is. Particularly when they have outsourced all or bulk of the work to experts! ;)

Wait until December for another excuse to show up.

Being frustrated is one thing, but fast and loose with accusations of lying is a bit over the top. We were trading at .45. There were cries to protect the stock. The company reviewed the latest circumstances, and I'd bet the timeline was formulated with input from the two consultants. At some point, NWBO was hit with two unexpected surprises. One, NWBO received an unexpected update by the two consultants, saying some additional things needed to be done with the last section. Two, I suspect NWBO management was PISSED when the two frequent fliers announced, that they were taking their annual two weeks, why, because that's what people do with no skin in the game. So NWBO came out with an honest update. It ain't the wild wild west of IHub over at regulated public companies. You don't suppose or expect worse yet, that the company would throw the two consultants under the bus in a public PR, like some of the well known infantiles here would be the first in line to do.
