I look forward to the day that the PPS is high enough (100.00 plus) for me to finally sell.

I'm hoping it happens before the housing market implodes...and its definitely coming. In 2020 we had plans to move to AZ. Covid hit,and are plans were put on the back burner. We lost out BIG time...in 2020 a nice house(3000 sq ft +) in a upscale subdivision, was around 450k. That same house today is going for 750-800k. No way can that be sustained.

Yep all manipulated....who knows if it represents qtrly earnings expectations or a drop to get more shares but I agree, makes zero sense.
