hawk: I posted eli's link on the true believers site (I also posted the dismal warnings on the OTC mxsg page on how they are now in coma-land/expert market.)

I added the following to my post:

It would be the right thing for certain of the true believers (The Enabler/Church Lady/Pharisee and The Magic Wand, in particular) to post apologies for having so blindly and wilfully pumped this scam. Although, judging from what we've observed of their pride, we're not holding our breath. I suppose we should expect more silence .... The Silence of the Cowards

Everything that PT has publicly and privately communicated these past 7 years (and more, probably) has been a lie. Why so much hostility, anger, meanness of spirit towards those who started noticing and communicating this fact years ago? GIT WAS RIGHT FROM THE VERY BEGINNINGS OF HIS POSTS ... even though at first I was upset with the truths he was observing. How many years of 100% falsehoods does it take before one starts awakening to this simple truth? Belgie/Dave did, some years ago now. What happened? He got smacked by The Great Promoter (and we know who that is, right?).

As I mentioned years ago now, this board has been not only the most useless I have every participated in providing actual information and analysis, but the most positively harmful.

Reality might set in when one sees no quotes---and finds out "specifically, opening transactions in “Expert Market” securities are not permitted and closing transactions in “Expert Market” securities will only be permitted under limited circumstances, subject to certain qualifications and restrictions."

can a stock come back from the Expert Market?---sure---but the steps are much more onerous than what it would have taken to stay off this tier in the first place i.e. financials up to date, including audited annuals, and a new Form 211 submitted by a broker on their behalf to FINRA to start...
