You wrote

All I did was say that NWBO intentionally released that misleading press release to pump the price up so they could convince warrant holders (Thermo) to exercise because they need cash. Which 100% happened.

I hadn't seen that before because I have you on ignore. First 'which 100% happened' shows how full of shit you are. You are making wild claims, taking one fact and stringing a lot of stuff you make up and then think you've proven something. You haven't proven anything, your suppositions are just that.

In this case your whole thesis is nonsense in the first place. Like NWBO is going to try to manipulate the pps just to get $2M from some dude who they guess will execute warrants? That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. The stock got totally crushed with no end in sight because they never gave any timeline for the MAA, the market ran out of patience and with no longs no longer stepping in to buy the bargain basement price that got lower and lower, just a bit more sellers than buyers kept taking the price down ceaselessly.

Obviously management realized that the vacuum of information was not working, so they gave us a date. Maybe they were in too much of a panic to do so and that caused them to be over-optimistic (either that or they weren't careful enough). They need to keep raising $, $2M is not much at all, who the heck would think that they 'lied manipulated the stock price to get somebody to exercise warrants that gave them $2M in cash'? That's patent nonsense for several reasons. They do need to keep raising cash. I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure it's basically slanderous to accuse management that "NWBO intentionally released that misleading press release to pump the price up so they could convince warrant holders (Thermo) to exercise because they need cash". Because if they were deliberately misleading which is exactly what you claimed, that would be illegal, at least actionable if anybody could ever get any proof like meeting minutes.

Your claim is in my mind really stupid because $2M is more or less a nit. They are burning a lot more than that. OK it's not too far-fetched to think they wanted to get the PPS up. I do think it's just stupid IMO to claim that they lied or that they they had any reason to expect the magnitude of reaction they got. The warrants if that even is what the 8M share increase in share count was - which we can't know for sure by any means - would have brought them only $2M. That's much less than their actual nut. Enough so to say that is a trivial amount to make into a big deal even if you are going to accuse them of lying to manipulate the stock. By the way that is a serious accusation hardly one any serious person would make lightly on connecting a few dots by mere conjecture.

First time I’ve ever seen you honestly cop to being a swing trader. Your seeming switch back and forth from pro to negative out if the blue frequently was always obvious to me. But I’ve never seen you admit your motivations.

No one cares if you swing trade. What happens with swing traders is obvious though. One minute they are literally pumping, and the next minute they are non-stop bashing and not typically in situations like now where we have a little longer to wait, often it’s because good things that we were waiting for have now been completed, there was a small rally and they’ve now sold and want the price to go down again and enough to make their trading worthwhile.

Regardless, you pumpers claim to abhor swing traders of NWBO. I do it on occasion with a small position and get ripped for it.

Regardless, as a trader you are part of the problem for true buy-and-hold NWBO shareholders who believe in the science (however they feel about management).

Part of the reason that we can’t burst through $1 a share and just freaking stay there after a rally are the traders who help create a pattern that becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Then they rinse and repeat.

With such a lightly traded stock there are no small positions when you sell the highs you undercut us all and you with deeds, undercut a technology that could save lives.

It’s one thing you’re fed up and selling up and moving on - do it, say your piece and go. It’s another thing if like the Dude you might have to sell due to hardship (though ultimately he didn’t).

Trading hurts this life-saving technology and the other shareholders here and it amplifies the damage done by things like Friday the 13th.

Trading is wrong when Thermo is doing it and it’s wrong when you do it.
