It won't be going anywhere until Miller does something with BMCS. And even then, I don't know what role USEI might play in his new business plan since he's reverting BMCS to the biotech sector.
In fact, I don't see where he needs USEI any longer. So why waste money on fixing the reporting problems here. Btw, did he ever get the bank situation squared away?
