L-R, I'm just trying to follow what likely Lightwave partners are doing. The HR job opening is no guarantee for growth on Polariton or Lightwave's part. As an observation, it appears that Polariton sees a need to update their HR department. Small companies don't need much more than a book keeper to handle payroll and personnel. Growing companies need to prepare in advance. We have reason to believe that Lightwave and Polariton are working together in some sort of capacity. Polariton enhancing their HR may or may not suggest something beneficial to both companies is on the horizon IMHO. We won't know until we know....
