YES it will and it will be a takings case. Brad4d says Prefs will be converted and made whole? All that is, is another stock split so if coms go to .05/shr so will all his converted Prefs.

"Evidence" is often deceptive. That's why so many people lose money on the stock market. The big players on Wall Street even bet on it by deliberately laying false "evidential" tracks.

I prefer to question everything critically, act anti-cyclically, and make up my own mind.

Don't trust any "evidence" you haven't fabricated yourself ;-)

Given our history — i unfortunately am having difficulty bringing myself to care enough about this new post of yours and try to understand it when i know it has its flaws

I guess the first thing to note is the world, myself being part of it, owes you nothing the way you like it anyway.

I have my assumptions and understandings. I have shared those. You obviously have a vested interest in disagreeing and not really understanding— beautiful sunday man

Commons boosted the past week or so. For a reason if you ask me. Not necessarily because they have any material value in a restructuring— but to your point there that aspect of it all is tbd
