Navy posts "evidence". Glen more people would listen to you if you posted evidence based opinions, rather than "overstatements".
Example of an overstatement:

Warrants will be exercised. Common lack dilution protection against SPSPA being converted.. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.

All of the above are "overstatments". An overstatement is often made by one who was not believed in the past, so they make overstaments such as "I guarantee the preferred will be made whole".

They are opinion statments and, biased opinion statments.
Better is to over deliver and under promise.

Your statements such as "will be exercised" and "will be made whole" are overstatements.

Im much more willing to listen to other's opinions who are willing to admit "they dont know", than those who pretend to know it all.
When you go to the doctor, does he promise a quick cure? No. Quacks do, tho. The doctor says, "try this medication for a few days, and come back and see me and we will see how you are doing then".

He is pretty sure the med will help, but he never makes an overstament. He could be sued. He knows that meds dont work for everyone. Sometimes, the medication does the opposite of the intended effect.
Promise less, deliver more.
I do that a lot.
IDK if the warrants will be exercised or not. Nobody does, except, perhaps, the decision maker, and they arent talking.
I dont think the warrants will be exercised because:
1. The government already has a bunch of lawsuits and this will likely make common shareholders mad and subject them to additional lawsuits.
2. If the government wanted to exercise the warrants, why would they not have already done so?
3. Statements were made by informed people the warrants were highly unlikely to be exercised. Our government is not designed to profit in the stock market, instead, they are supposed to provide regulations that allow citizens to profit. Remember, our government makes money when we make money with taxes, so they want us to profit. Our government runs on taxes, not on investments in warrants.
