I don't really care about a 20c swing or an MAA submission in November. I care about:

A) Are they being honest and transparent? (they get a gold star for that)
B) Are they honoring their word? (they get a time-out for that one - they air-balled on a really important date they gave us)

Not the end of the world - just mildly disappointing.
