Okay with another delay. Hope this will be the last delay.

Only thing that bothers me now is the new timeline of submitting MAA by mid-late November.
Based on the timeline given in PR, it doesn't match to mid-late November.

Is it typo to mid-late DECEMBER?
I can hardly TRUST them any more but trust myself that DCVaX will eventually get approval SOMEDAY.
