This really doesn't say that they will issue a press release when they have submitted the application, I think.
Would this be mandatory?
And any acceptance by MHRA, does it have to be announced via a PR?

The PR does not say they will PR again when they submit. So you Fudsters trying to make hay out of "not hearing anything more" can go suck an egg. Longs need to sit back and relax. It's all unfolding before our eyes. Don't lose patience.
