That's not true at all. People who trade on technicals trade based on patterns. And future chart movement is made by investors who buy and sell on those patterns. So absent of a material event, this was trending towards .0026 which was a data point tothe was looking for to confirm a bullish move. Yesterday's filing changed everything. It now gets reset and new levels and patterns begin.
