Exactly. Many do not realize the name/CUSIP change is managed by the assigned broker/dealers. The company applies, FINRA passes the request to OTC who then relies on the dealer to verify the info on the app and attest to the accuracy, then OTC pushes it back to FINRA to post the changes.

Has anyone ever done an indepth dive into marker maker high frequency Algorithmic programs and who programs them and how they program them?

Seems like cheating at the top level is someone, whom is not monitored but behind the doors, they program the algos to screw out retail anytime certain thresholds are hit.

We seen 2 solid trading up trends only to be rug pulled.
