Exactly. Many do not realize the name/CUSIP change is managed by the assigned broker/dealers. The company applies, FINRA passes the request to OTC who then relies on the dealer to verify the info on the app and attest to the accuracy, then OTC pushes it back to FINRA to post the changes.

Fox in the hen house having a buffet until the fox realizes it has to leave some breeders for future generations to be produced if it wants to stay alive.

If they are doing this now, it means CUSIP# change is very close. IMO ?
