What advantage would there be in not PR'ing the submission?

With a PR comes a small bump in the stock price and a potential squeeze (small squeeze) while waiting for the Acceptance PR. Long story short I would PR every small milestone to keep shareholders engaged and shorts on edge.

Which is more important for management, PR submission or PR that they plan to submit soon? Just because one is obviously more important doesn’t mean they won’t/can’t/shouldn’t do both.

Nobody can be sure but I find it wildly difficult to believe they won’t publicize the submission after publicizing the plan to submit soon. There’s just no reason not to after putting that timeline out there.
