If you recall they promised in a press release 1 to 1 CGEI shares for Aradatum shares. If broken there are consequences.
2nd it may be difficult for them to offer shares in Aradatum as CGEI is the holder. This doesn't fly with the SEC so with a holder already public it might be a moot point.
Aradatum where are you, time to be hitting the market with product.
