Honestly BigT, I think it has do with ENZC Goals/Biz Plan vs that of BP.

ENZC and their mgmt team genuinely want to bring CURES to market that eradicate these diseases/viruses, whereas BP doesn’t. They want to continue with status quo of bringing treatments to market that target the symptoms, but not the actual virus/disease, as that would destroy their long term profits.
