Sky, everyone in the OTC and Nasdaq was puffing. In fact I remember Mark wouldn't give shares to MMs or hedgies to cover their illegal naked shorts. At that time my position was Huge. After a couple of years, The SEC didn't find anything wrong. However the damage was done. And MIKP stayed delisted on the CE Market.
