Well first of all, I hope it fails and a SPAC with some kind of intelligence steps forward. How can a publicly traded company have nobody on staff or nobody hired that can fill out a 10Q?
I know the subs will be under SAGA, but there is no way the delinquent 10Q's and everything else become the responsibility of Dr. Chandra.
That article doesn't mention what the ticker will be and I have not seen anything since. I assume we will know when it closes. I don't see it being "Sagaliam Acquisition Corporation"
