I agree. The current yield curve inversion appears to be nearing a conclusion (crossing above the 0.0 line on below chart).

Once the yield curve disinverts, the recession will begin in weeks, not months.

A big transfer of wealth occurs during times like this. Passive investors take no action while the value of their holdings dwindle. Active traders have a plan to make money on the way down, then again on the rebound. I plan to be active ;) GLTY.

I am a bit surprised which the huge number of people that are calling for a recession in 2024. It would appear that train wrecks take time to develop. All the signs are here now, but it's party as usual until the music stops. Interest rates are the problem, but it takes time for the damage to accumulate and pose a real threat.

But this coming recession could be a really big one. Not only is the financial world a mess, so is our society. We have reached the point that our corruption is on the same level as any country I have seen, cities are telling citizens to not bother calling 911, and we absolutely cannot even educate our children, so many have turned into killers. And to top it off, any person anywhere in the world is welcome to walk into our country and many are doing so.

I feel I am ready for whatever happens, but so many people cannot even make it today. Very sad what's coming. However, I am not ready for a China/Russia/Iran invasion that we have absolutely no defense for except woke ads. Tanks are now being taken out with drones. DRONES. Both China and Russia have hyper sonic missiles that we have no defense for. We are a sitting duck.

I know I am stepping over the limit maybe with this post. If I offend anyone, please let me know and I will delete and stop any non-financial discussion.
